| Introduction | I'd like to think of myself as something of a petite gourmande- I'm almost 5'1" (almost!), and I love all things food and cooking. By day, I work at a university in Boston. When I'm not working, I love to spend time in the kitchen with L and our sweet (albeit nutty) Schnauzer, friends and family. My cooking style is... well, I don't really have a cooking style. I try to focus on seasonal and local ingredients. When it comes to techniques and comfort food, I rely heavily on the Czech and French cuisine I grew up eating. I love being adventurous with food, and you'll find a mish-mash of just about everything here! |
