Introduction	We are a raw food company based in Rhode Island. We provide private chef services, in-home demonstrations, classes both large and small, cleanses and all your other raw food needs. Living in New England makes being 100% raw difficult with limited fresh produce in winter months. So this blog will highlight recipes that are roughly 75% raw (more or less). Everything in moderation- even raw!
