| Introduction | The dictionary defines "foodie" as "a person with a particular interest in food, a gourmet". In the "food world" a foodie is simply anyone whose interest in food goes beyond the mere ingestion of something edible in order to survive. A foodie has a particular interest in learning and exploring the food world. How a food is grown, prepared, the many different varieties of foods and tastes as well as the endless combinations! And that is what I am, one more foodie :) |
