| Introduction | I'm a mom, musician, teacher and a cook. This is a hobby for me. I enjoy cooking and creating. I believe food should not only look good, it must taste good as well. Except for the basic ingredients, I make all my own creations from scratch. All cakes, icings, fondants, frostings even my own vanilla essence and sambal. The eggs I use are 'free range and Omega 3', oils are Canola oil or Olive oils. Noodles and puff pastry however, are commercially produced. Each dish/cake is prepared for you fresh, if there is something you wish to change from what is displayed, contact me and we can adjust things. All the pictures are my own and have copyright. |
