| Introduction | Began running in 2002, injured 2004 and subsequent 6 years. Hit the physio trail around Sydney and eventually am back training with a bit of vigour again. I'm using kettle bells, fish oil and cold water therapy to keep myself together. |

| Favorite movies | Fond memories of the opening scenes of the first Indiana Jones movie. I'm a big fan of the Dendy, Palace type movies. |
| Favorite music | TripleJ and 2MBS FM. Best concerts were Radiohead, Nick Cave. Haven't met many jazz bars I didn't like either. |
