Introduction STOMP is a Program of PAVE Established in 1985 to assist military families who have children with special education or health needs. Mission STOMP, a parent-directed project exists to empower military parents, individuals with disabilities, and service providers with knowledge, skills, and resources so that they might access services to create a collaborative environment for family and professional partnerships without regard to geographic location. Program staff are spouses of active duty/retired service members and parents of children with special needs.
