Introduction	I am a married 54 year old woman, mother of three girls 21, 19 and 16. In my second career I am a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Yoga instructor at a local community college. I was diagnosed with a stage four metastasized breast cancer to the liver in 2003. Thanks to my professor friend Lou Suarez for all of his help with my writing.
