Introduction	Hi! My name is Amy and I love making delicious food that is also healthy. Good food just makes me happy. Feeding other people good food makes me even happier. I love collecting cookbooks, and I'm still going through a stash of 30 yrs worth of Gourmet magazines that I got for free off Craigslist (!!!). I love finding recipes that speak to me, then trying them out or tweaking them to be healthier or to fit my tastes. And I'm happy to share them with you!
