Introduction	At age 10 I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. At age 40 the disease had progressed so far that I had to have my colon and rectum removed and a 'j-pouch' constructed from the end of my small intestine. That was in 2004 and with the help of Turbo Jam, P90X and the Beachbody community I have lost 30 lbs, lost 10" in my waist and am probably in the best shape of my life...so far. I became a Beachbody Coach to help others over that wall. And earning a few extra dollars isn't bad either. Join me for the ride!
