Introduction	I am the single mother of three beautiful little girls aged 9, 7 and 3. I am an Elementary School Education major and I am SO excited to get done and go teach! I enjoy cooking but don't have the time to go gourmet so I have found quick and easy ways to make delicious food and created this blog to make life a little easier for other busy people!
Interests	I am really into scrapbooking and anything crafty, although lately I have been really sad that I have not had the time to do much of anything! I love anything outdoors! Swimming, boating, rockclimbing..you name it. Just hanging out with my family and getting closer to God!

You forgot your mom's birthday! What can you make out of super glue and olive pits?

Forgot my mom's birthday!! You crazy!! But...I could spray paint 3 wood pieces black and have each of the girls glue a message out of olive pits on a board... might look cute! :-) It's the thought!! ..hmm..now how to ship these olive pit boards to Alaska!
