IntroductionBorn in Manchester, England (1947); lived half my life in Utah; career teacher, writer and editor of religion and curriculum for LDS Church for twenty-five years. My mentors have been the "four Ms" --- Robert J. Matthews, Elder Bruce R., Joseph F., and Mark L. McConkie, Robert L. Millet, and Robert G. Mouritsen, along with considerable influence from Gerald N. Lund in the LDS Church Educational System. My close friend of fifty years, Jack S. Greaves of St George, Utah, got me going in my scripture study and doctrinal searching in 1970.
