| Introduction | I hope that my artwork might bring a smile or a sense of calm to you. I’m often asked to paint what others call their “happy place” but I paint what I feel too. Artists are born with a passion and sense of wonder about life that I cannot even begin to explain. Only in the creative process can we attempt to make sense of the deepest emotions that we feel. I’m nothing special, just another artist trying to make it in the art world and if I don’t, oh well, I’ve healed myself along my journey. When I’m in the process of creating a painting, my complete self is put into the work. It becomes a book that you can’t stop reading. Having someone admire your work is more valuable than any price that can be paid. I’m constantly changing my style and point of view. Each day is a new day and I never know what will inspire me. My History: the last eleven years creating custom home, school, and store murals. I have murals across Orange and LA Counties. Steady Commissions: In 2001, I spent four years creating custom paintings for Tropical Smoothie Café. Competitions: Published custom painting in the Aids Foundation “Unfinished Works”. |
