Introduction	I'm 23 years old. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I love to travel and try to as much as possible. Cultures are fascinating to me. I am always trying to find new things in life that are interesting and beneficial to humankind. I just started to run due to a cardiologist visit and being shown the deaths in my family due to heart attacks. I'm also trying to quit smoking. In this process the running really makes me crave the action less. If I don't smoke I stop eating and likewise. After numerous appointments with everyone all over the consensus was that my addictive masochist personality needs to replace the smoking and not eating issues with running. Once the addiction becomes running I will no longer crave the latter. By reading other runner's blogs I feel motivated and somewhat connected with them so I began this blog to further my connection and get my arse on a move. Thanks to everyone with a running blog, whether you know me or not...you are motivating me and others!
Interests	Running, painting, playing guitar, writing, animals, charities, music, traveling.
Favorite music	All kinds.
Favorite books	Too many to list here, but I'm quite fond of Edgar Allen Poe. Yes, he's a bit dreary but love as a lot of soul in his words.
