| Introduction | I am very excited to be here at the American School of Guatemala. This is my third overseas position and 6th year in teaching. I have lived and taught in Kuwait and China. I am from Nottinghamshire, England, the home of Robin Hood! I visit my homeland often, but call Villa Rica, Georgia my home base now. I graduated from the University College Chichester with a BA in Physical Education in 2004. I enjoy all types of sport, especially rugby, football, basketball and swimming. I am looking forward to coaching the Middle School Intramural Sports this year. Personally I have represented my county and also English Schools in swimming. In football I have played and trained with Mansfield Town and Derby County, all as a youngster. When I moved to Kuwait I started playing rugby again and was selected to train with the Arabian Gulf Squad. Through this I was selected for the Asian Barbarians in a warm up game for the 2007 Rugby World Cup. In my spare time I like to read and surf, so I am hoping to travel around Central America with a book and a board! |
