| Introduction | I am a lecture at the Physics Education Program, Department of Mathematics and Sciences, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of Universitas Terbuka Jakarta (1991-current). I was also promoted as Assistant Director Graduate Studies Programs of Universitas Terbuka since 2004-2010. Lecturer in College of Education of Universitas Terbuka and thr Graduate School of UT. Formerly (1975-1990), I was a science teacher at Teacher Training School (SPG) in Bangkalan, East Java. Then I promoted to be an administrator at the Department of Education and Culture Office in the Province of East Java in Surabaya for a very short period of time before I was promoted to be a lecture of Universitas Terbuka Jakarta. I was prometed as The Chair of Student Service Office in the Head quarter office of Universitas Terbuka(2003-2005). See my CV.
