| Introduction | I came to California from the east coast to study traditional ashtanga yoga under my Gurus (plural because oddly enough I have a pair of Gurus - Shree Maa of Kamakhya, a Bengali Saint, and Swami Satyananda Saraswati, a modern day Rishi from the West. | Favorite music | Shree Maa songs, Classical Indian music, and the Grateful Dead. (I listen to the Dead less and less as time goes on, but nonetheless they are part of my soul, and the played a pivotal part in my journey. They were my first solid reminder of God. That Love Will Not Fade Away.) |
