Introduction	I'm a wife, mom, daughter, sister, BYU graduate, and personal trainer. I love my family fiercely and consider the years I spent at home with my kids a privilege. Several years ago I obtained my teaching license. I have taught high school life science, but I'm now teaching middle school. I enjoy my job, but I have a passion for sports medicine and I hope to return to that filed one day (Just started working my way through the prerequs I need to retake for grad school). For now, I use my sports med background with my kids; I'm grateful for it every day as I deal with their injuries and surgeries. This blog is a by product of their adventures and my wonderings.
