| Introduction | Each of us is responsible for ourselves and this planet. We need to be aware. We need to try to eat right. This includes reading labels. AND when it comes to reading labels we need to watch everything we use not just what we eat. What we put on our bodies goes into our bodies. What we use around the house, yard or office goes into our environments. It all affects us ultimately and I believe living a natural lifestyle is our best option. |
