| Introduction | Jack of all trades, hoping to master some... I spent 7 years as a copywriter, but couldn't ignore a growing interest in food and nutrition. While working full-time, I enrolled in the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in NYC and graduated a Natural Foods Chef in the summer of 2010. My graduation coincided with a decision to move to London for my husband's job. So here I am - a Londoner and blogger, hoping to be holistic chef and nutritionist (maybe even an author). A bit all over the place? Well, yes, but that's me in a nutshell!
