Introduction	I run Varis Pipe Dreams, I have been designing and producing wedding cakes for over 20 years. I trained in patisserie and I am a member of The British Sugarcraft Guild, I am also a chocolatier and have taught and demonstrated various aspects of Sugar craft and Chocolatier and I have been lucky enough to aquire numerous awards over the years for my work. I have also published in such magazines as Wedding Cake a Design Source and Cake Craft and decoration.

Favorite Music	Ella Fitzgerald singing anything at all, in the bath she would have sounded sublime.
Favorite Books	To kill a mocking bird, God of small things, Visions of heaven, Collins pocket star chart, The bible. Not in that order.
