| Introduction | I am a counsellor, and this blog is a collection of my writing about counselling and related topics. I want you to know more about what counselling does, and how it could help you, dispel myths, and know that help is at hand! I hope both counselling students and people who are seeking counselling will benefit from it. I have worked with children as well as adults, and my practice draws from person-centred approach. I am also a believer in the power of expressive arts and encourage my clients to use these to delve into greater self-awareness.
