Introduction	Runner having completed 115 marathons and ultras to-date, including one 24 hour run. As Pacer Paul in many runs I serve as Pace Team Leader including six consecutive New York City Marathons. I normally pace between 3:30 and 4:30 at the marathon distance. Pacer Paul also provides Personal Pacing services for individuals looking for coaching, leadership, and fun jokes to reach a life goal in running.
