About me

Introduction	I'm updating my About Me... My boys are now 5 and 7! I'm forever the wife to my wonderful husband of 8 years. I'm still passionatley pursuing my love of food and nutrition. Yes, I bake cookies and spread sweet love through my creations. Everybody deserves a good cookie! All things in moderation right??? I also am very passionate about food and nutrition. I love cooking for my family and educating my kids on what they eat and how it affects their bodies. For years I have devoured information on nutrition and what the body needs. I read and research everything I can get my hands on. I talk incessantly about it...it is my passion. About 6 months ago I discoverd a food product called Juice Plus.
