| Introduction | I graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1973 and spent the next 32 years auditing government contracts for the Department of Defense and other Governmental Agencies. Along the way, I earned a CPA certificate in California and a Masters degree from Central Michigan University.
