Introduction	I have been in the care industry for over 40 years. I am now retired after working as a PA for the elderly and I specialised in elderly with mental health problems, but not dementia. I am spiritual, but at the beginning of my journey, I have done Reiki up to the advanced level and I am now qualified in Reflexology level 5 I live in a beautiful part of Wales. I'm divorced with three now adult children, and I like to think that I'm a happy chappy. I like to help people and I am blessed with the job I used do and the friends I have made by showing kindness.
