| Introduction | We set sail from California in October 2007 with the southbound Baja HaHa. We sail for approximately 60 days each spring and fall as we try to balance work, golf, farming and, yes, sailing. The Panama Canal was our original goal, but we sailed past that landmark in back in December 2009. We liked Panama so much that our planned 60 day stay turned into three Christmases there before we sailed on to Guatemala and Belize (two summers in the Rio) and then on to Mexico and Florida.
