| Introduction | I am the sort of person who takes pleasure in many things and subsequently I haven't worked out what I want to do when I grow up. Currently I have an interest in science, having just finished my PhD, and in teaching, I am doing a teaching qualification (2010-11). I also ride, focussing on dressage, and eat, focussing on food.
