Introduction	A source of hope, inspiration, and opportunities for the past twenty years, Arco Iris is a community center in the heart of poverty-stricken Villa Elisa, on the outskirts of La Plata in the Buenos Aires Province. This center directly supports more than 30 families by providing two daily meals and a multitude of educational and social development activities to over 70 children, ages 2 to 12. It also supports microenterprise creation, adult education, and capacity building programs.
