| Introduction | Just trying to find my way around the board without getting taken. I like the idea of representing myself with a chess piece. Chess is a game of thought and planning, strategy. Life is like that, not meant to be lollygagged about in by just responding to instances, but meant to be planned, approached with thought, and played with care and caution. We homeschool our children due to that thoughtfulness and planning. We use natural means to promote and maintain our health. We try to conserve resources. We hold the sanctity of life in the highest regard, but do believe the animals were given us as food. ;-) My pet peaves are fun: Recipes that tell you to use processed food to prepare a meal at home - huh? People who don't spay or neuter and like to leave the results on our doorstep. Allopathic medicine calling itself "Evedence Based" - sure if they can produce that evidence by torturing rats, mice and monkeys and then apply it to human beings for the outcome they desire -Huh? My favorite things are listed. Just thought you might like to know what irks me. |
| Interests | Helping people answer their health questions with natural remedies and the "wisdom of my mother and her mother and her mother" Volleyball, basketball, mountain biking, swimming. I also like to make gift giving times thoughtful, and make something meaningful for those I want to gift. |
