| Introduction | Ever since I was young I always enjoyed sport, and that is why, until today, it still is a big part of my life. I played provincial and club rugby until last year when injuries forced me to stop playing. Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me, and I believe that we should all take great pride in taking care of our bodies. Since last year I have been involved in the fitness and modelling industry, and so much has happened since my first show. The Lord had blessed me so much and I am really grateful for everything. We all can follow our dreams; it's just the mindset of believing in ourselves and stepping out of our comfort zones. Being prepared for failure is a big step towards achieving success. That's the only way you grow and become stronger, and find out what you are really made of. Nothing comes easy, and hard work always pays off! Follow your dreams, stay humble and stand for something in life. My favourite quote is: "If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for everything". I hope that on my life's journey I can motivate and inspire others to reach their dreams... |
