Introduction	Where should I begin? Should I start with the little girl who used to ride her pony in the warm sunshine through green fields or with the 46 year old grandmother who used to be loved and charished but isn't anymore? Since I can't seem to do things the easy way I will start somewhere in the middle and work my way out.
