| Introduction | I am a Singaporean (yes, still holding on to that orange passport) currently working/living in the UK for more than 10 years. Living in a world that is increasingly globalized and dominated by the Cyber-world is very exciting. Being a foreigner in the UK allowed me to experience interesting encounters that money can't buy. The fun of being a foreigner and "not belonging" to anywhere gives me opportunities to learn to observe and reflect upon each and every experience which has also indirectly helped me cope with challenges in a foreign country. This blog writes about my interests, careers, friendship/family, philosophical thinking, encounters, thought on various issues (on Singapore and the UK) and many others (please see my “Labels”). Being a firm believer in Buddhistic/Zen-type's advocate of the "quality" of life, I think I could consider my reflections and observations as my “Zen moment”, where calmness and peace often emerged in the process and transpired into a sense of inner joy and peace eventually. Please read my blog and let me share some joys, positivity and inspirations with you. |

How tall would you be if you had never cut your fingernails?
