Introduction	After years of being a stay-at-home mom, a substitute teacher, a summer school teacher and experiencing 8 amazing years of full time teaching at the elementary school level I've had the opportunity to become a professional development regional coordinator for the NNRPDP. The PD I do the most work with is the teaching of writing using a writing workshop approach and facilitating teacher inquiry communities, also known as action research. Most recently, I've been given the charge to help local teachers incorporate technology into their daily teaching. This is a new learning path for me. I'm excited to embrace this challenge and make effective uses of technology a daily part of my life.
Interests	Spending time with my husband and three children. Traveling, reading, writing and learning. Gardening, and taking care of my one cat, two pugs and five backyard chickens!
