Introduction	was born and raised in rural Southeastern Wyoming. For the past twenty three years, Bill and his wife of Fifty three years continue to reside seasonally in Southwest Florida and Western North Carolina. Semi-retired, Bill remains passionate with regard to those elders 65 and older. His voice remains strong as an advocate in government, commerce, and the community at large. He relishes receiving invitations to facilitate training seminars, workshops, and educational courses, concerning aging issues. Also, invitations are accepted from all faith groups and Christian denominations to preach the Gospel. Bill's personal goal during this last chapter of life is to love and follow his Savior. Secondly, loving Bettyann, along with enjoying his expanding family and friends. "Quiet Rest" with it's flower and vegetable gardens of retreat remain Bettyann's and his joy along with the creation of bent hickory stick furniture.
