| Introduction | I have chronic pain, but I don't let it keep me down. I'm working on a self improvement project..developing a healthy body, mind and spirit through fitness and a proper diet rather than drugs and junk food! lol I quit smoking almost 3 years ago...I figure that if I can do that, I can do anything! |
