| Introduction | Did I mention I am fortunate to be a Registered Nurse? My Bachelor of Science in Nursing was earned from a very dynamic program offered by St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, a very long time ago! I have raised kids, been married and divorced, widowed, lived alone, but always with a good big dog as my companion. I like to share with others what I know and explore what I have yet to learn. I find myself taking classes to feed my life-long learning urges - most recently in Tibetan Medicine, Yoga and Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Celtic spirituality and Anamcara studies, Health Education, and have tried Spanish language classes but am not very proficient. I love to travel the world and have been fortunate to see many places on our planet. I love to coach people to take charge of their health and well-being. I might ask YOU questions to shake up what you believe is cast in stone and find new possibilities. I love to laugh and play yet can also go to serious and painful places for myself and with others. Life is a grand adventure - let's explore it together! |
