Introduction	I love food- that's cooking and eating them too. I knew food is essential to humans but never knew it's such a exhilaration experience that some cuisines were a closely guarded secrets handed down from generations to another. I was taught cooking at age 9 and how I hated it until in my teens... but now, I love it to the core and still learning besides being one of my ways of distressing in today's modern world. Above all, food is culture and heritage of one's identity but also amazingly interlinked with each other though we're living in different continents or countries. Favorite books	I read lots of books from Fiction to Non-Fiction, Cookery, Arts except Love stories... you know those books with dashing hunks and gorgeous lassies in front cover... :-P
