| Introduction | These past 12 months have hit me like a California swell- the water has flooded over me and cleansed my innermost being. My God has truly presented me with his most gracious and bountiful blessings. My life will never look the same. I was overwhelmed when I received an email from Faith International Academy in Davao City, Philippines, congratulating me on joining their staff as an elementary school teacher. God’s calling on my life has officially declared its first victory; I will be flying to the other side of the world to help provide a quality education to the children of missionaries on the Mindanao Island. I am passionately pursuing this calling as my dreams and God’s will have finally collided at the moment of His choosing. Even though God has called me to this ministry, He has enabled you to help in a different way. There is still much work to be done, some of which is in your hands. I will be on complete support from family and friends, so please consider contributing in whatever way you can. I will be starting a blog to keep everyone updated as things progress, so stay tuned in. This incredible journey has just begun. |
