Introduction	I was born in Germany, trained as a medical doctor and arrived in Australia at the beginning of this century. Now I live in a beautiful house in Sydney that I share with a husband full of great ideas, four noisy children, one hairy dog, one boring rabbit, one wild cat and two whistling guinea pigs.
