| Introduction | My name is Brian, the moniker Crash was a funny name given to my by my kung fu teacher because I fell down a lot. I have many interests, but to relax and socialize I have found a nice outlet. Living in the Pacific Northwest, the Craft brewing industry has really picked up. In my desire to find healthy and interesting places to get out in public, I discovered the Brewery/ Taphouse culture to be very interesting. As a homebrewer, I have only studied the complexities of beer making. I have been brewing Mead and Cider for years though. I find myself seeking out the brewers and when possible the owners of these establishments. I really like to talk about beer and give them honest feedback as a consumer. Combine all this with my love of writing and Viola! Crash's Brew Blog is born. |
