Introduction	I love the Lord with all my heart and am determined to take care of the body he gave me by eating right. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and for me to keep my body healthy I have to cut out red meat, caffeine, dairy, wheat, and most devestating of all sugar. I am married to a wonderful husband, who works hard everyday to help teens come to know God in a deeper way. We recently moved to Michigan with our two adorable doggies. I am working on my MA in clinical counseling and will some day be able to help families in need. I love my family, friends, and yes good food. :)
