Introduction	I grew up in a sleepy village in rural Northamptonshire, and went to school in my local town of Kettering. I studied Journalism at university in Southampton, graduating in 2007. Following my degree studies, I spent a few months buying and selling cars and car parts from my garage. This allowed me a great deal of freedom to decide what to do with the rest of my life. I eventually settled on travel, and the ultimate goal of moving to a far-off land. In 2008 I moved to Vancouver, Canada, where I'm currently based.
