| Introduction | Hello. My name is Kim Gamelli and I am an Au Pair Care representative in Southern New Jersey. I have worked for Au Pair Care since 2004. I live with my husband and three sons in Southern NJ. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, doing arts and crafts and attending church services on Sunday. As an Au Pair Care representative, my role is to provide personal and proactive support to families and au pairs. I am responsible for interviewing host families, conducting an arrival orientation, organizing monthly activities, maintaining monthly contact, and providing other support as needed. There are approximately 30 au pairs and host families in my cluster. I arrange for au pairs to enjoy going to the many historical places in Philadelphia and the surrounding area as well as to go to exciting New York City, visit the near by beaches or lakes and go to the theaters or shops in our community. |
