Introduction	I was born in the little town of Vernal, Utah. I am the oldest of 2 boys. I was privileged to serve a mission in the Uruguay Montevideo mission from August of 1975 to August of 1977. When I arrived there, my mission consisted of the countries of Uruguay and Paraguay. While serving there, my mission was split into the Uruguay Montevideo and Paraguay Asuncion missions. Today (2008), each of the countries has 2 missions in it. I met my sweetheart, Sue, on a blind date in August of 1978 and in December of 1978 we were married and sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple for time and all eternity. We have been blessed with 4 wonderful sons: Jason, Daniel, Matthew, and Andrew. Over time we have had 3 daughters added to our family: Meg married Jason, Janelle married Dan, and Kathie married Matt. We have been blessed with 4 wonderful grandchildren: Bailee, Janie, Afton, and Ammon. Finally, after spending most of my life with no sisters and no daughters, the "girls" in my life (Mom, Sue, Meg, Janelle, Kathie, Bailee, Janie and Afton) outnumber the guys in my life (Dad, Jason, Dan, Matt, Andy and Ammon). How sweet life is!
