Introduction	Phil is a former Head Coach of the GB Children’s Team and Ski MK Race Team. He is Head Coach of Hemel Ski Racing Club and the Impulse Race Club (formerly Snow Club) and National Team Selector. Phil has been coaching racers for many years, helping athletes achieve their goals at both national and international level. During this time many of his trainees have attained national squad status. He is an internationally qualified and highly experienced Race Coach. He has attained British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) qualifications and hold the highest coaching level with the UK home nations, for whom he is also a tutor Phil has been a noted ski racer in his own right and has an established racing pedigree with a reputation for producing champion racers. Phil started Impulse Racing in early 2008 as a development from his work with various clubs and groups over the years and on the back of a season in Norway training British and Irish racers. More recently, Phil has worked with the Irish Children’s team and has been national team coach at the World Championships in Val D’Isere 2009, at the World Uni games in Turkey and the EYOF in Czech, both in 2011.
