| Introduction | I started building my profile in Business, I was interested in corporations as a system of human self-definition, and the interaction between corporations as a metaphor of conceptual radicalism and extreme darwinism. While studying Business, I started reading a lot about behavioural theories and different conceptions of human cognitive profiles, so I went to the Psychology field and started studying it from a clinical perspective. Once I finished my degree I started looking back to business, and I raised my interest in Groups and Teams. I was thrilled and amazed on how there are teams with incredibly efficient outcome and how this variable was dependant of other intra-group dynamics that imprint in the individual's performance. There is where I started understanding the meaning of the concept of leadership and the significance of feeling part or being excluded of it. Today, I am an avid reader and learner of all things I find interesting and applicable, and I love theorising on processes and designing new and different approaches to increase productivity and comfortability inside teams, inspired by absolutely anything that steps in front of me. |
