| Introduction | I am currently a high school student that just transferred to her third school in three years. This change, however, came with much more pressure than I ever imagined. I decided that I needed to find happiness and relaxation for both my mental health and performance in various activities. After reading Mind Gym by Gary Mack and David Casstevens I was inspired, but I decided to find an antidote for the book as well. I picked up Barbara Ehrenreich's book Bright-Sided which spawned even more interest in the subject matter. I created this blog to not only share my own experiences but to read about the experiences of others. |
| Interests | As one of many people who enjoyed Mind Gym I decided to create a blog that both praised and elaborated on many issues Gary Mack and David Casstevens so beautifully preached in their motivational book. Being on of the Phoenix valley it was easy for me to relate to the book and the athletes that Mack and Casstevens so often talked about. This blog is created to not only share my views of the various the book but also learn about other experiences the book triggered. |
