I always wanted to write a blog but never got around to it, until that fait full day when we bought our valoriani Wood Fired Oven (by Jamie Oliver) that was the kick I needed. Our blog will cover all sorts from very basic food, to our experiences with the very best man can buy. Cooking and entertaining at home we always try to understand the provenance of our food. Good quality produce dose not have to cost the earth it just means you have to put yourself out a bit and not just down to the supermarket for everything. |
