Introduction	Jonquille grew up in a small village in Guyana,called Sheet Anchor. She has two younger siblings and is the mother of two girls. Jonquille was raised by her Grandmother Mummy Iris, her many aunts,uncles and neighbors. When she was a young girl her parents migrated to the United States. Jonquille started writing her emotions on paper at the age of nine. At the age of ten Jonquille and her two younger brothers joined their parents in the Bronx. Jonquille’s first book was “Oh What a Journey” published in 2003, available at www.emotionalenergyenterprises.com. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her family. Writing has always been a passion of hers.
