| Introduction | In my professional life, I worked many years, in the field, as a credit card processing rep. My days consisted of helping merchants, of all kinds, understand credit card processing and to obtain the best pricing model available for their specific business type. In the spring of 2005, I was diagnosed with neck cancer and subsequent radiation to the neck and vocal chords, rendered me unable to continue to work in the field. Since then, I have devoted my time and energies to helping merchants all across this great nation of ours, to better understand the complicated and sometimes costly world of credit card processing.
